HOW TO OPEN THE DISC
With every certified transcript, you will receive a disc that includes all of your case files in your requested formats. To open the disc, simply insert the disc into your computer’s CD or DVD drive. Go to “My Computer,” and click on the disc icon to view all of the files included on the disc – testing editing.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD A FREE eTRAN VIEWER
To open and view the e-Transcript file included on your disc, you will need to download and install the e-Transcript viewer on your computer. This viewer may be downloaded free of charge from our web site, just click here to download it now.

You only need to install the viewer once, and you can then open any e-Transcript file.

HOW TO PRINT A CONDENSED TRANSCRIPT AND WORD INDEX
The disc provided with your certified transcript will include an e-Transcript file from which you can easily print the full transcript, the condensed transcript or the word index.

Just double click on the e-Tran icon (with the .ptx extension) to open the file. You may then select Print Preview or Print from the File drop-down menu and choose the file you want to print — full transcript, condensed transcript or word index.

HOW TO ACCESS CASE 24/7
All clients receive a secure login ID and password to our Case 24/7. If you don’t already have a login, please contact our Client Services department to obtain your personal ID and password within minutes.

Once you have your secure login, you may access the login page from either our home page or the Client Center.

HOW TO FIND TRANSCRIPTS IN CASE 24/7
You can access all of your case transcripts, exhibits and other case documents any time of day or night using our Case 24/7.

To access transcripts, just click on the Transcripts menu button, located at the top of the screen, to view transcripts for depositions taken in the past month.

You may search for specific transcripts by selecting one or more of the filters shown in the Search Criteria area. For example, to find the transcript for a specific witness, enter the witness’s name and click Search.

All matches for your search will be shown. Click on the plus sign in front of the witness’s name to see the associated files available for download. You may then click the download, or arrow, button next to the file you want to download.

HOW TO FIND EXHIBITS IN CASE 24/7
You can access all of your case files in our secure, online document repository. Just click on the Case Repository menu button, located at the top of the screen.

You may then search for a case by entering the case name, case number or attorney as shown in the search area. Click on the case name to see all of the files associated with that case. To view or download any file, just click on the download, or arrow, button.

HOW TO SCHEDULE A DEPOSITION
There are three ways to schedule a deposition.

  1. You may complete our online Scheduling Form.
  2. You may contact Crystal Medrano directly by email at scheduling@kramm.com or by phone 800.939.0080.
  3. Or, within Case 24/7, click on “Request new Job” in the upper-right hand corner of the main Calendar page.

For all online submissions, our Calendar Coordinator will contact you to confirm your request.

HOW TO CANCEL A DEPOSITION
To cancel a deposition you may either contact Crystal Medrano by email at scheduling@kramm.com or by phone 800.939.0080, or within Case 24/7, select the deposition you want to cancel from the Calendar and click on “Request Cancel” at the bottom of the page.

HOW TO BACK ORDER A TRANSCRIPT OR EXHIBITS
To back order a transcript or exhibits, please contact Allison Garcia at agarcia@kramm.com or 800.939.0080. We will process your order and get your requested documents to you within 2 days.
